About Us

In 2013 my family and I decided to emigrate from El Salvador to Oregon. Me, a sales executive,
and my wife who is a nurse back then were thinking about what to do in order to sustain
ourselves in this country. It was not until 2014 that we came up with the initiative to open a
small Salvadoran and Mexican food business with one of the main typical dishes of our beloved
El Salvador, pupusas. We want all of our customers, community and its surroundings to
experience a small portion of our culinary culture.
In Carlito’s Pupuseria we prepare all of our food with fresh ingredients and everything is cooked
at the moment. We offer you a select menu with different options for your exquisite taste.
